1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services apply to the purchase and sale of tickets granting access to the Slide & Splash Water Amusement Park, owned and operated by Correia & Santinha, Lda., including through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office integrated into the Slide & Splash website (https://www.slidesplash.com/
), by consumers, hereinafter referred to as “Users” and individually as “User”.
The User agrees that the purchase and sale of tickets granting access to the Slide & Splash Park from Correia & Santinha, Lda. shall be subject to these General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services, without prejudice to any other version thereof that may be in force on the date of confirmation of the User’s ticket order.
2. Seller Identification Details
Correia & Santinha, Lda. is a company with its registered office at E.N. 125, Vale de Deus, municipality of Lagoa, registered with the Commercial Registry Office under corporate identification number 501 585 583.
3. Services Covered by the Slide & Splash Park Admission Ticket
Slide & Splash Park is a water park with a maximum capacity indicated at the respective access entrance, comprising several outdoor water amusement attractions, lawn areas, restaurants, ice cream parlour, convenience store and regional souvenir shop of Slide & Splash Park, as identified on the Slide & Splash Park Map.
The purchase of ticket(s) from Correia & Santinha, Lda. grants only the right of access to the Slide & Splash premises and to the various water amusement attractions that are available on the date indicated on the ticket and during the Slide & Splash opening hours, subject to the limitations or conditions identified on the Slide & Splash Park Map, announced by Correia & Santinha, Lda. or resulting from the ticket and in accordance with the Slide & Splash Park Rules and Regulations and the other rules set out in these General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services, as well as all other operating and safety instructions displayed throughout the park.
Each water amusement attraction has specific characteristics, and access is subject to verification of certain requirements, rules, restrictions and warnings, as identified on the Slide & Splash Park Map, at the access point of each attraction and in the Slide & Splash Park Rules and Regulations.
Correia & Santinha, Lda. takes reasonable measures to ensure that Slide & Splash and all its attractions and services are available on the previously announced dates and opening hours. However, Correia & Santinha, Lda. does not guarantee that, on the date indicated on the ticket, all water amusement attractions will be in normal and full operation, nor that the User will be able to benefit from all attractions, access to which is always granted on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to verification that such access does not contravene the limitations or conditions identified on the Slide & Splash Park Map, announced by Correia & Santinha, Lda. or resulting from the ticket and in accordance with the Slide & Splash Park Rules and Regulations or, additionally, by Slide & Splash staff.
4. Products and Services Not Covered by the Slide & Splash Park Admission Ticket
Any other products or services offered within the Slide & Splash premises, such as food and beverage services, products offered for sale in the convenience store, regional souvenirs of Slide & Splash Park, photographic services, locker services, services associated with Fish Spa tanks, massage services, tattoo services, rental services for cabanas, parasols and sun loungers, as well as any transportation services to and from the Slide & Splash premises, are not included in the Slide & Splash admission ticket, regardless of the type of admission ticket purchased and the channels used by the User to purchase tickets. All such products and/or services must therefore be purchased separately by the User, at the location or locations where they are available for sale (including, in particular, at the reception of Slide & Splash Park and/or the respective digital channels, whenever applicable), in accordance with the specific conditions applicable to them.
The photographic service, as well as the tattoo services, Fish Spa tank services and massage services, are offered within the Slide & Splash premises by companies independent from Correia & Santinha, Lda.
5. Opening Dates and Hours of Slide & Splash Park
The opening dates and hours of Slide & Splash Park are announced on the Slide & Splash website, on its social media channels and at the sales points of Correia & Santinha, Lda. However, the opening dates of Slide & Splash Park are subject to change, which will always be duly announced through the same means.
Although Correia & Santinha, Lda. takes measures to prevent ticket purchases from being processed for dates on which Slide & Splash is closed, the User should always verify, prior to completing the purchase, whether Slide & Splash is expected to be open on the selected date.
6. Risk of Closure of Slide & Splash Park and of Attractions or Services Available on the Date of Access
Correia & Santinha, Lda. may, for reasons of force majeure, operational, weather-related, safety, health, legal or other reasons, close Slide & Splash or suspend access to any water amusement attraction or service, without prior notice to Users. This constitutes an inherent risk of the contract entered into between Correia & Santinha, Lda. and the User, and does not entitle the User to any discount on the ticket price or to any refund, whether total or partial.
7. Purchase of Tickets for Access to Slide & Splash Park at Physical Sales Points
Correia & Santinha, Lda. offers tickets granting access to Slide & Splash for sale at the ticket offices located at the entrance of Slide & Splash Park and at other duly identified sales points.
The ticket types, available dates, unit prices and these General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services will be available prior to the completion of the purchase of the ticket(s) by the User.
8. Purchase of Tickets for Access to Slide & Splash Park Services via the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office
Correia & Santinha, Lda. also sells tickets granting access to Slide & Splash through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office.
Correia & Santinha, Lda. also sells two different types of lockers (L and XL), located inside Slide & Splash Park, through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office.
Correia & Santinha, Lda. may also, at its sole discretion, sell other services, including, without limitation, those related to the rental of cabanas and/or transportation to and/or from Slide & Splash Park, as well as sell tickets granting Users access to the Park on a second day (“Second Day Ticket”), through its digital channels, in particular the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office.
8.1. Contract Formation Process for the Purchase of Tickets and/or Other Services
To access the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, the User must select the “Buy” button available at https://slidesplash.com/
A calendar will then be displayed showing the dates on which Slide & Splash Park is open and closed, and the User must select the desired date from among the available dates.
After selecting the “Next” option, the “Purchases” tab will be displayed, including ticket types, any special conditions that may apply, and the unit price for each ticket type in euros, including VAT at the applicable legal rate.
Once the ticket type and quantity have been selected, the User must select the “Next” option, after which an online form will appear for entering reservation details (name, email address, confirmation email address and mobile phone number), gift email address, where applicable, and billing details (name, address, postal code, city, country and Tax Identification Number – NIF).
After completing the form and selecting the “Next” option, the User may select the payment method. The following payment methods are available: VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, Multibanco and MB Way, managed by MEO Wallet (MEO Wallet is a service of Altice Pay, S.A., a payment institution registered with Banco de Portugal under number 8705, belonging to the Altice Portugal Group). All fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.
To complete the order process on the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, the User must select the “Continue Purchase” option.
Following completion of the order process, an email will be sent to the email address provided by the User, including the Slide & Splash access tickets and the corresponding invoice. The contract shall be deemed concluded upon confirmation and payment of the order by the User. In the absence of confirmation of the order within the deadlines provided by the selected payment method, the order shall be deemed cancelled.
Throughout the entire process, the User may return to the previous step by selecting the “Previous” option, and a summary of the order will also be displayed, including the visit date, ticket type, quantity and partial and total price. The User may therefore review and correct or amend the information at any time. In the final stage of the process, the User may cancel the process by selecting the “Cancel Purchase” option.
The provisions of the preceding paragraphs apply, with the necessary adaptations, to the daily rental of lockers (regardless of type – L or XL), which may be carried out through digital channels simultaneously with the purchase of tickets via the Electronic Ticket Office or at a later time via the link to be made available shortly.
Should Correia & Santinha, Lda. decide to sell other services (e.g. cabana rental and/or transportation to and/or from Slide & Splash Park) or Second Day Tickets through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, the provisions of this Section 8 of this Refund and Cancellation Policy shall apply in full, with the necessary adaptations.
8.2. Payment Processing for Purchases via the Electronic Ticket Office
The amount due as the ticket price (or, where applicable, for services purchased via the Electronic Ticket Office) shall be charged by Correia & Santinha, Lda. once order confirmation has been received.
8.3. Delivery of Purchased Tickets
The ticket(s) purchased through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office will be issued and sent to the User’s confirmation email address immediately after and on the date of confirmation of the order by the User. In the event of purchase of other services by the User, Correia & Santinha, Lda. shall send confirmation of the respective purchase to the User’s confirmation email address on the date of confirmation of the purchase by the User.
Failure to pay the ticket(s) and/or any services following the debit order issued by Correia & Santinha, Lda., considering the payment details provided in the order, entitles Correia & Santinha, Lda. to immediately terminate the contract, in which case the User will receive a notification email at the User’s confirmation email address and any ticket(s) already issued will be cancelled.
9. Price Changes, Promotional Campaigns, Discounts and Exclusions
Ticket prices and/or prices for services provided at Slide & Splash Park may be unilaterally changed by Correia & Santinha, Lda. However, any subsequent changes shall not affect any order that has already been confirmed by the User, including orders placed through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office.
Unless expressly and otherwise advertised on the Electronic Ticket Office and the digital channels of Slide & Splash, the nominal price of any services that are or may be purchased through the Electronic Ticket Office (including, without limitation, locker rental, cabana rental or transport services), as well as the purchase price of Second Day Ticket(s), shall not be affected by any promotional discounts, campaigns or other promotions applicable to the sale of one-day admission tickets to Slide & Splash Park. The application or incidence of any promotional discount or campaign to such purchases is therefore expressly excluded, regardless of whether or not such purchases are made simultaneously with the purchase of discounted admission tickets under an ongoing promotional campaign.
10. Absence of the Right of Free Withdrawal for Purchases via the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office
In compliance with Article 4(1)(p) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, as amended, Correia & Santinha, Lda. hereby informs that the User, in their capacity as a consumer, may not freely withdraw from the contract for the purchase of tickets or locker rentals (or, where applicable, other services sold through the Electronic Ticket Office) concluded at a distance through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, as such services relate to leisure activities with a specific execution date, namely the date stated on the issued tickets.
Without prejudice, the User may cancel the purchased tickets and request a refund under the terms set out in Clause 11 of these General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services.
11. Cancellation, Refund and Date Changes
As a general rule, the ticket(s) purchased shall not be cancelled and/or refunded, nor may the date of use be changed, after 3:00 p.m. on the second calendar day prior to the date for which the ticket(s) were originally purchased.
If the User fails to request cancellation of the purchased tickets within the period mentioned above, Correia & Santinha, Lda. shall not be obliged to refund and/or change the date of use of the ticket(s).
The dates of locker rental services (as well as any other services that may be made available by Correia & Santinha, Lda. and purchased by the User through the Electronic Ticket Office), as well as the use of the Second Day Ticket, may not, under any circumstances, be changed, nor may such services or the Second Day Ticket be cancelled or refunded.
11.1. Date Changes
Any change to the date of use of the purchased ticket(s) shall be subject to the maximum capacity of Slide & Splash Park for the desired date, as defined in accordance with safety rules imposed by law and health authorities.
In the event of a date change from low season to high season, according to the applicable calendar, the User must first contact the reservations department and, following confirmation of the date change, must go to the reception desk located at the entrance of Slide & Splash Park on the day of the visit and pay the difference between the ticket price initially paid and the price in force on the date of access. In the event of a date change from high season to low season, the price difference shall not be refunded.
To request a date change under the terms above, the User must contact the reservations department of Correia & Santinha, Lda. by 3:00 p.m. on the second calendar day prior to the originally scheduled date via the following contacts:

The dates of locker rental services, cabana rental and transport services, as well as any other services that may be made available by Correia & Santinha, Lda. and purchased by the User through the Electronic Ticket Office, are generally not subject to change.
The reservations department operates daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the park’s annual opening period. During the annual closing period of the park, reservations operate from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on business days.
11.2. Cancellation and Refund
If the User wishes to cancel and request a refund of the price paid for one-day admission ticket(s) (expressly excluding any Second Day Ticket) purchased under the terms above, they must contact Correia & Santinha, Lda. via email at info@slidesplash.com
The amount to be refunded by Correia & Santinha, Lda. shall correspond solely to the price paid for the above-mentioned admission tickets and shall therefore be net of a 10% reservation fee.
Locker rental services, cabana rental services, transport services and any other services that may be made available by Correia & Santinha, Lda. and purchased by the User through the Electronic Ticket Office are not, under any circumstances, subject to cancellation and/or refund.
The refund of the price paid by the User for the cancelled ticket(s) shall be made by Correia & Santinha, Lda. within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days following acceptance of the cancellation and refund request and, whenever possible, using the same payment method used by the User at the time of purchase.
For refunds of payments made by credit card (VISA or Mastercard), to the account of the credit card holder used at the time of purchase, the User must provide the following information in the email requesting cancellation and refund:
• Order number / purchase reference.
For payments made via the Multibanco system (ATM), which is only available for cards associated with bank accounts opened with Portuguese banking institutions, the refund shall be made via bank transfer. The User must provide the following information in the email requesting cancellation and refund:
• Order number / purchase reference;
• Copy of the payment receipt;
• Bank account NIB/IBAN; and
• Name of the account holder.
For payments made via the MB Way system, which is only available for cards associated with bank accounts opened with Portuguese banking institutions, the refund shall be made automatically via the same method, i.e., to the account of the bank card holder associated with MB Way. The User must provide the following information in the email requesting cancellation and refund:
• Order number / purchase reference.
12. Compliance with the Slide & Splash Park Rules and Internal Regulations
The Slide & Splash Park Rules and the Slide & Splash Internal Regulations form an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and include rules intended to ensure the normal operation of Slide & Splash Park, as well as the safety, well-being and rights of all Users. These rules must be strictly complied with by the User within the premises of Slide & Splash Park (including access points and parking areas).
Correia & Santinha, Lda. may revoke the right of access to the Park of any User who acts in violation of the Slide & Splash Park Rules, without any compensation being due.
Correia & Santinha, Lda. shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting directly and exclusively from non-compliance with the Slide & Splash Park Rules and Internal Regulations.
13. Use of the User’s Image at Slide & Splash Park
Press and media coverage may take place within the Slide & Splash premises and, from time to time, Correia & Santinha, Lda. may capture photographic and/or video images for the creation of promotional content intended for the promotion of Slide & Splash Park through media outlets, the internet, the Slide & Splash website and social media, and it may not be possible to issue prior notice.
Additionally, the User may have access to a photographic service provided by a third-party company directly to Users at designated photographic spots, and the capture, reproduction, editing, public communication, availability and exhibition of photographs for purchase by the User are the sole responsibility of that company.
14. Revision of the General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets
Correia & Santinha, Lda. may revise these General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services without prior notice by publishing the revised versions on the Slide & Splash website and displaying them at sales points.
However, the General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services in force at the date of ticket purchase and, in the case of purchases made through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, those published at the time the User completes their purchase order, shall govern the purchase and sale of such tickets and/or services, as applicable.
15. Entire Agreement
The Privacy Policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Slide & Splash Website and the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, whenever the User purchases ticket(s) and/or services through the Electronic Ticket Office, form an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services.
The contract between Correia & Santinha, Lda. and the User subject to these General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services shall be deemed concluded at the moment of confirmation of the purchase order by the User.
16. Severability
If any clause of these General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services is declared totally or partially invalid or ineffective, such invalidity or ineffectiveness shall affect only the specific provision or part thereof so declared, with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
17. Language
These General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets and Services are also provided in English, French and Spanish. In the event of any discrepancy between the Portuguese version and the English, French or Spanish versions, the Portuguese version shall prevail.
18. Law and Jurisdiction
Portuguese law shall apply to all matters not regulated by these terms.
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, the courts of the district of Portimão shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the User’s right, as a consumer, to resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):
