General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tickets and Services

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tickets and Services apply to the purchase and sale of admission tickets to the Slide & Splash Water Amusement Park, owned and operated by Correia & Santinha, Lda., including through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticketing office integrated into the Slide & Splash website (https://www.slidesplash.com/), by consumers, hereinafter referred to as “Users” and each individually as a “User.”
The User accepts that the purchase and sale of admission tickets to the Slide & Splash Park from Correia & Santinha, Lda. shall be subject to these General Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to any other version in force at the date of the User’s order confirmation.

2. Seller Identification Data
Correia & Santinha, Lda. is a company with its head office at E. N. 125, Vale de Deus, municipality of Lagoa, registered at the Commercial Registry Office under the corporate tax identification number 501 585 583.

3. Services covered by the Slide & Splash Park admission ticket
Slide & Splash is a water park with a maximum capacity indicated at its entrance, comprising various outdoor water amusement attractions, lawn areas, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a convenience store, and regional Slide & Splash souvenirs, as identified on the Slide & Splash Park Map.
The purchase of ticket(s) from Correia & Santinha, Lda. grants only the right of access to the Slide & Splash premises and to the various water amusement attractions available on the date indicated on the ticket and during Slide & Splash operating hours, subject to the limitations or conditions identified on the Park Map, announced by Correia & Santinha, Lda., or resulting from the ticket, in accordance with the Slide & Splash Park Rules and Regulations and other rules provided in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as all other operating and safety instructions publicized within the park areas.
Each water amusement attraction has specific characteristics, and access is subject to verification of certain requirements, rules, restrictions, and warnings, as identified on the Park Map, at the entrance of each attraction, and in the Park Rules and Regulations.
Correia & Santinha, Lda. takes reasonable measures to ensure that Slide & Splash, all its attractions, and the services provided therein are available on the previously announced dates and operating hours. However, Correia & Santinha, Lda. does not guarantee that all water amusement attractions will be in normal and complete operation on the date shown on the ticket, nor that the User will be able to benefit from all attractions, access to which will always be granted on a first-come, first-served basis and upon verification that such access does not conflict with the limitations or conditions identified on the Park Map, announced by Correia & Santinha, Lda., or resulting from the ticket and in accordance with the Park Rules and Regulations or instructions from Slide & Splash staff.

4. Products and services not covered by the Slide & Splash Park admission ticket
Any other products or services offered within the Slide & Splash premises, such as catering services, products for sale in the convenience store, regional souvenirs, locker services, Fish Spa services, massage services, tattoo services, cabana rentals, sunshade and sunbed rentals, and any transport services to and from the Slide & Splash premises, are not covered by the admission ticket, regardless of the type of ticket purchased or the channels used by the User. All such products and/or services must be purchased separately at the locations where they are available for sale (including the Park reception and/or respective digital channels, where applicable), according to their specific applicable conditions.
Tattoo services, Fish Spa, and massage services are offered within the Slide & Splash premises by companies independent of Correia & Santinha, Lda.

5. Photographic Service
Photographs and/or videos will be captured at some of the attractions installed at Slide & Splash, collecting images of Users exclusively for sale to the respective Users. Attractions where such image collection equipment is installed will be duly marked with a specific identifying icon.
The use of attractions marked with these icons assumes the User’s consent and acceptance of the image capture service associated with such equipment, unless the User expressly indicates otherwise to the Slide & Splash operator at the entrance of the attraction in question.
A kiosk for selling the captured photographs will be located at the entrance of Slide & Splash; photos will only be sold to the respective User (or guardian, in the case of minors).
All collected images will be destroyed within a maximum of 30 days after capture. This does not prejudice the User’s right to request their immediate deletion at any time.
The capture, management, and distribution of images will be provided by an external entity, YOURBARREL S.L., as a data processor, without prejudice to Correia & Santinha being the data controller for such personal data.
Nothing in this section hinders the exercise of the User’s rights provided under these Terms and Conditions, other Park policies, and applicable law.

6. Slide & Splash Park Operating Dates and Hours
Operating dates and hours are announced on the website, social media, and at physical points of sale. However, operating dates are subject to changes, which will always be duly announced through the same means.
Although Correia & Santinha, Lda. takes measures to prevent ticket purchases for dates when the park is closed, the User must always verify prior to completing the purchase if the park is scheduled to be open on the selected date.

7. Risk of Closure of Slide & Splash Park and Attractions or Services
Correia & Santinha may, for reasons of force majeure, operational nature, weather, safety, health, legal, or other reasons, close Slide & Splash or suspend access to any attraction or service without prior notice. This constitutes an inherent risk of the contract between Correia & Santinha, Lda. and the User, and there shall be no right to any discount or refund, total or partial.

8. Purchase of Tickets at Physical Points of Sale
Correia & Santinha, Lda. offers tickets for sale at the ticket offices located at the entrance of the Park and at other duly identified points of sale. Ticket types, available dates, unit prices, and these General Terms and Conditions will be available prior to the conclusion of the purchase.

9. Purchase of Tickets and Services via Electronic Ticketing
Correia & Santinha sells admission tickets and locker services (types L and XL) through the Electronic Ticketing office. At its sole discretion, it may also sell other services such as cabana rentals, transport, the Splash Memories Photopass (unlimited visit photos for up to 5 people), “Second Day Tickets,” and/or Special Tickets (e.g., for Algarve residents) through its digital channels.

9.1. Contract Conclusion Process
To access Electronic Ticketing, the User must select the “Buy” button at https://slidesplash.com/. A calendar will show open/closed dates. After selecting a date and clicking “next,” the “Shopping” tab will show ticket types, special conditions, and the unit price in Euros (including VAT).
Once the type and quantity are selected, the User must enter reservation data (name, email, phone) and billing data (name, address, tax ID/NIF). Payment methods include VISA, MASTERCARD, Multibanco (ATM), MB Way, and GooglePay, managed by MEO Wallet.
To finalize, select “Continue Purchase.” An email will be sent with the tickets, additional services, and the invoice. The contract is considered concluded upon payment confirmation. In the absence of confirmation within the prescribed period, the order will be cancelled.

9.2. Payment Processing
The price will be debited by Correia & Santinha, Lda. as soon as the order confirmation is received.

9.3. Delivery of Tickets
Tickets are sent to the User’s email immediately upon confirmation. Failure to pay grants the right to immediate termination of the contract and cancellation of issued tickets.

10. Price Changes, Promotions, and Exclusions
Prices may be changed unilaterally by Correia & Santinha, Lda. However, changes will not affect confirmed orders. Unless otherwise advertised, promotional discounts on admission tickets do not apply to additional services (lockers, cabanas, transport) or Second Day Tickets.

11. No Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
In compliance with Article 4, no. 1, p) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the User (as a consumer) may not freely withdraw from the contract for tickets or services purchased online, as these are leisure services with a specific execution date. However, cancellations may be requested under Clause 12.

12. Cancellation, Refund, and Date Change
As a general rule, purchased tickets will not be cancelled or refunded, nor can the date be changed after 3:00 PM on the second calendar day prior to the original visit date. Locker rentals, other additional services, and Second Day Tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable.

12.1. Date Change
Changes are subject to maximum capacity. For changes from low season to high season, the User must contact the reservations department and pay the price difference at the park reception on the day of the visit. For changes from high season to low season, the difference is non-refundable.

12.2. Cancellation and Refund
For one-day tickets (excluding Second Day or Special Tickets), contact info@slidesplash.com. The refund will be the price paid minus a 10% booking fee. Additional services (lockers, cabanas, transport) are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 14 days, usually via the original payment method. For Multibanco or MB Way, the User must provide the Order Number, proof of payment, and IBAN/Account Holder name.

13. Respect for Park Rules and Internal Regulations
The Park Rules and Internal Regulations are an integral part of these Terms. Correia & Santinha, Lda. may revoke access without compensation for any User violating these rules. The company is not liable for damages resulting from non-compliance with these rules.

14. Use of the User’s Image
Press coverage may take place within the park. Correia & Santinha, Lda. may also capture promotional photos/videos for social media and its website. Additionally, a specific photography service is provided under Clause 5.

15. Revision of Terms
Terms may be revised without prior notice. The version in force at the time of purchase shall govern the contract.

16. Entire Agreement**
The Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use are integral parts of these General Terms.

17. Severability
If any clause is declared invalid, the invalidity affects only that specific provision, leaving all other parts in force.

18. Language
These Terms are presented in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish. In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version shall prevail.

19. Law and Jurisdiction
Portuguese Law applies. The Court of Portimão shall have jurisdiction. Users may also use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):
