AGES, HEIGHTS AND PERMITTED WEIGHT
What is the height and age limit in the children’s areas?
The Tropical Paradise is for children up to 12 years of age, and the Children Foam Slides, also known as Brandinhas, allow use up to a height of 1.20 metres.
What are the height limits for the slides and attractions?
Most body slides allow users who are 1 metre tall or more.
On tube slides, a height between 0.90 m and 1.20 m is allowed, provided the child is accompanied by an adult on a double tube. To use a single tube, the user must be over 1.20 m tall.
In the Jacuzzi, the minimum permitted height is 1.40 m, and on the Big Fall, also known as the “capsules”, the minimum height is 1.25 m.
What are the weight limits for the tubes and slides?
The weight limit is 100 kg on a single tube and 200 kg on a double tube. On the BigWave, with 2 or 4 people, the maximum combined weight is 320 kg.
The weight limit on body slides and mat slides is 136 kg.
What is the depth of the different pools in the park?
The depth of the pools varies: the children’s pools range between 0.2 m and 0.4 m; the swimming pool is between 1.0 m and 1.60 m; pools with slides have depths between 1.0 m and 1.20 m, except for the Drops pool, which is 1.60 m deep.
Are there any restrictions for people with health conditions?
Slides with some enclosed sections are not recommended for people who are claustrophobic, have heart conditions, or are pregnant.

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Following the rules is essential to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being.
Some activities have specific restrictions to guarantee fun without risk.
Please follow the staff’s instructions and enjoy the park with complete peace of mind.
The entry of glass or other sharp objects is not permitted.
You may bring food and drinks into the park, but no glass containers are allowed.
Coolers and bags may be inspected at the entrance.
Balls are not allowed inside the park.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors, balls are not permitted inside the park.
Animals are not allowed (except for guide dogs).
For the safety and well-being of everyone, animals are not allowed in the park, except for guide dogs.
The use of glasses is prohibited on all rides.
The only exception is the use of swimming goggles that do not contain metal or glass parts.
The use of necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, and watches is not permitted in the pools or on the slides.
In addition to not being responsible for their loss or theft, these items may damage the equipment or cause injury to those using them.
Mobile phones and video/photo cameras are not allowed on the slides.
The only exception is the use of action cameras, such as GoPro, on tube slides, provided they are properly secured with suitable chest or head elastic straps.
Remote-controlled toys or drones are also not allowed inside the park without prior authorization from Management.
There are restrictions on the use of clothing on the slides.
If, for cultural or personal reasons, you need to wear clothing on the rides other than shorts, swimsuits, or bikinis, it must be tight-fitting lycra with no metal parts, such as T-shirts or a burkini.
The use of water shoes or water socks is permitted, provided they also contain no metal parts.
We are not responsible for any damage to clothing worn on our rides.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
The regulations exist to ensure good coexistence among all visitors.
The rules were created to preserve order and safety in the park.

Responsibility and Valuables
We are not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles or within the park. We recommend that you do not leave valuables in your car or on the grass/sun loungers; safes are available for your use to store them securely.
Admission of Minors
Entry is prohibited for children under 12 years of age unless they are accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for their supervision and behaviour.
Behaviour and Safety in the Park
Access is prohibited to anyone whose condition may disturb public order or tranquillity.
Entry is also forbidden to individuals carrying weapons or objects that may be used as such.
Management reserves the right to remove anyone who behaves in a dangerous or inappropriate manner, in violation of the Park Rules.
Rules for Using the Slides and Attractions
It is forbidden to use the slides from any point other than the launch platform.
Leave the area in front of the slide immediately after landing.
Stopping at any point along the slides and forming chains or linking with other users is prohibited.
Running, pushing, or diving is not allowed.
Food and Cleanliness
Food and drinks are not allowed on the slides or in the pools.
Littering of any kind outside designated areas is not permitted.
