1. Scope of Application
These General Conditions of Ticket and Service Sales apply to the purchase and sale of tickets granting access to the Slide & Splash Water Park, owned and operated by Correia & Santinha, Lda., including through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office available on the Slide & Splash website (https://www.slidesplash.com/), by consumers, hereinafter referred to as “Users” and each individually as a “User”.
The User accepts that the purchase and sale of access tickets to Slide & Splash with Correia & Santinha, Lda. shall be subject to these General Conditions of Ticket and Service Sales, without prejudice to another version of these Conditions being in effect on the date of the User's order confirmation.
2. Seller Identification Details
Correia & Santinha, Lda. is a company headquartered at E.N. 125, Vale de Deus, municipality of Lagoa, registered with the Commercial Registry Office under corporate number 501 585 583.
3. Services Covered by the Access Ticket to Slide & Splash Park
Slide & Splash is a water park with a maximum capacity indicated at its entrance. It includes various outdoor aquatic attractions, lawn areas, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a convenience and souvenir shop with regional products from Slide & Splash, as indicated on the Slide & Splash Park Map.
Purchasing tickets from Correia & Santinha, Lda. grants access only to the Slide & Splash venue and the aquatic attractions available on the date shown on the ticket, during operating hours, subject to limitations or conditions identified on the Park Map, announced by Correia & Santinha, Lda., or stated on the ticket, and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of Slide & Splash Park and these General Conditions, as well as all operational and safety instructions displayed throughout the park.
Each attraction has specific characteristics and is subject to certain requirements, rules, restrictions, and warnings, as outlined on the Park Map, at the entrance to each attraction, and in the Park Rules and Regulations. .
Correia & Santinha, Lda. takes reasonable measures to ensure that Slide & Splash and all its attractions and services are available on the advertised dates and times. However, Correia & Santinha, Lda. does not guarantee that all attractions will be fully operational on the date shown on the ticket or that Users will be able to enjoy all attractions. Access is granted on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to compliance with any limitations or conditions stated on the Park Map, the ticket, or by Slide & Splash staff.
4. Products and Services Not Included in the Slide & Splash Access Ticket
Any other products or services offered inside the Slide & Splash premises—such as food services, products sold in the convenience store, regional souvenirs, photography services, locker rentals, Fish Spa tanks, massage services, tattoo services, cabana, umbrella, and sunbed rentals, and transportation services to and from the park—are not included in the entry ticket, regardless of the ticket type or purchase channel. These products and services must be purchased separately at the locations where they are available (e.g., at the Park's reception or via digital channels, where applicable), according to their specific conditions.
The photography service, as well as services related to tattoos, Fish Spa tanks, and massages, are provided by independent companies not affiliated with Correia & Santinha, Lda.
5. Slide & Splash Park Opening Dates and Hours
Opening dates and hours are announced on the Slide & Splash website, its social media, and at physical points of sale. These dates are subject to change and any changes will be announced through the same channels.
While Correia & Santinha, Lda. takes steps to prevent ticket sales for dates when the park is closed, Users must always verify in advance that the selected date is a day the park is expected to be open.
6. Risk of Park or Attraction Closure on the Access Date
Correia & Santinha may, due to force majeure or operational, weather, safety, health, legal, or other reasons, close the park or suspend access to any attraction or service without prior notice. This is a risk inherent to the contract and does not entitle Users to any discount or full/partial refund of the ticket price.
7. Ticket Purchase at the Park or Physical Points of Sale
Correia & Santinha, Lda. sells entry tickets at ticket offices at the park entrance and at other identified points of sale.
Ticket types, available dates, unit prices, and these General Conditions will be provided before completing the purchase.
8. Ticket and Service Purchase via the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office
Correia & Santinha also sells park tickets via the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office.
Two types of lockers (L and XL), located inside the park, are also sold through the Electronic Ticket Office.
Correia & Santinha may also offer other services—such as cabana rentals and/or transportation to and from the park—and Second Day Tickets via its digital channels, particularly the Electronic Ticket Office.
8.1. Contract Process for Ticket and Service Purchases
To access the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, Users must click “Buy” on https://slidesplash.com/.
A calendar will be shown with available and closed dates. Users select a date from those available.
After clicking “next,” the “Shopping” tab will appear, listing ticket types, any special conditions, and unit prices in euros (including applicable VAT).
Users select the ticket type and quantity, then click “next” to access an online form to enter reservation data (name, email, confirmation email, mobile number), gift email (if applicable), and billing information (name, address, postal code, city, country, and taxpayer number).
After filling in the form and clicking “next,” Users can choose a payment method: VISA, MASTERCARD, Multibanco, or MB Way, all processed by MEO Wallet (a service of Altice Pay, S.A., registered with Banco de Portugal under number 8705). All fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.
To finalize the purchase, Users click “Continue Purchase.”
An email will then be sent to the address provided, including the access tickets and corresponding invoice. The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation and payment of the order. If confirmation is not received within the timeframe required by the selected payment method, the order will be canceled.
Throughout the process, Users can go back to the previous step using the “previous” option. A summary screen with the visit date, ticket type, quantity, and partial and total prices is always available, allowing Users to review and edit their input. At the final step, Users may cancel the process using the “cancel purchase” option.
The same process applies to daily locker rentals (both L and XL types), which can be booked digitally either at the time of ticket purchase or afterward, via a link that will be available soon.
If Correia & Santinha decides to offer other services (e.g., cabana rentals or transport) or sell Second Day Tickets through the Electronic Ticket Office, the provisions in this Section 8 will apply in full, with appropriate adjustments.
8.2. Payment Processing for Electronic Ticket Purchases
The amount due as the ticket price for access to Slide & Splash (or, where applicable, for services purchased via the Electronic Ticket Office) will be charged by Correia & Santinha, Lda. to the User once the order confirmation has been received.
8.3. Delivery of Purchased Tickets
Ticket(s) purchased through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office will be issued and sent to the User's confirmation email immediately upon the order confirmation.
If the User purchases other services, Correia & Santinha will send a confirmation of the acquisition to the User's confirmation email on the same date as the purchase confirmation.
Failure to pay for the ticket(s) and/or services, following the debit order by Correia & Santinha, Lda. using the payment details indicated in the order, grants Correia & Santinha, Lda. the right to immediately terminate the contract. In such cases, the User will receive a notification email and any issued ticket(s) will be cancelled.
9. Price Changes, Promotions, Discounts, and Exclusions
Ticket and/or service prices at Slide & Splash Park may be changed unilaterally by Correia & Santinha, Lda. However, changes will not affect any order already confirmed by the User.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the Electronic Ticket Office and Slide & Splash’s digital channels, prices for services such as locker rentals, cabana rentals, or transportation services, and the Second Day Ticket, are excluded from any discounts or promotions, even if purchased at the same time as promotional tickets.
10. No Right of Withdrawal for Electronic Ticket Purchases
In compliance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 (as amended), Correia & Santinha, Lda. informs that Users do not have a right to freely cancel the contract for ticket purchases or locker rentals made via the Electronic Ticket Office, since these are leisure services with a specific execution date.
However, the User may cancel and request a refund according to Clause 11 of these Terms.
11. Cancellation, Refund, and Date Change
As a rule, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled after 3:00 PM two calendar days before the original date of use.
Locker and other services, including the Second Day Ticket, cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstance.
11.1. Changing the Date
Date changes are subject to Slide & Splash’s capacity limits as determined by safety and health authorities.
If rescheduling from low to high season, Users must:
• Contact the reservations department;
• Pay the price difference on the day of the visit at the park entrance reception.
If changing from high to low season, no refunds are given.
All changes must be requested by 3:00 PM two calendar days before the original visit date.

11.2. Cancellation and Refund
Only One-Day Tickets are eligible for refunds. The refund amount excludes a 10% booking fee.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after acceptance of the request, using the same payment method, if possible.
Depending on the payment method:
• Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard): Include order number in the email.
• Multibanco (ATM) (Portuguese accounts only): Include order number, proof of payment, NIB/IBAN, and account holder name.
• MBWay: Include order number. Refunds will be processed via the MBWay account used for payment.
12. Park Rules and Internal Regulations
Slide & Splash Park Rules and Regulations are an integral part of the Terms and must be followed.
Correia & Santinha, Lda. may revoke access without compensation if a User violates park rules.
They are not responsible for damage or loss resulting directly from a breach of these rules.
13. Use of User Images
Media coverage and promotional content may be created inside the park without prior notice.
Photographic services may be offered by third parties at marked locations. All responsibilities for such services lie with the provider.
14. Revisions to Terms
Correia & Santinha, Lda. may revise these Terms without notice by publishing updates on the website and at sales points.
The Terms in effect at the time of purchase will govern the transaction.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Website Terms of Use form the complete agreement when a ticket or service is purchased via the Electronic Ticket Office.
16. Severability
If any clause is found to be invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains effective.
17. Language
These Terms are available in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish. The Portuguese version prevails in case of discrepancies.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Portuguese law applies. Legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Portimão court, unless the User, as a consumer, opts for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) via:
