Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation deadline

Cancellations or rescheduling are not allowed after the end of the 2nd calendar day prior to the date of the ticket(s) purchased.

In the event of failure to cancel the reservation within the period mentioned above, or a no-show on the day booked, Slide & Splash reserves the right of not making any refund and / or change the date of use of the ticket (s).

Any and all changes to the date of use of the ticket(s) purchased will be subject to the maximum capacity of Slide & Splash for the intended day, defined in accordance with the security rules imposed by law and by health authorities. If you wish to change the date of use of the ticket (s) previously purchased, you must do by 3:00 pm on the second day immediately before the date for which the ticket (s) has been originally purchased, contacting our reservations department through the following contacts: 282 340 800/963 329 968 or reservas@slidesplash.com (from 9am to 6pm, every day).

Refund

Refunds will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after the respective cancellation (under the terms of the previous section).

By credit card (Reduniq system)

Payments made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Maestro) will be refunded by the same method to the account of the credit card holder who originally made the purchase.
The customer who requests the cancellation under the terms of the previous sections must also request a refund, by e-mail to the address – info@slidesplash.com, and must mention the following information:
Order number / purchase order
Name of the credit card holder who made the purchase (as shown on the respective card)

By Multibanco (ATM) system – only available for cards associated with bank accounts opened with Portuguese banking institutions

Payments made through the Multibanco system will be refunded by bank transfer.
The customer who requests the cancellation of the purchased tickets, under the terms of the previous sections, must request the respective refund through an email message to the address info@slidesplash.com, which must contain the following information:
Order number / purchase order
Copy of proof of payment
Bank account NIB / IBAN
Name of the account holder
