RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

PERMITTED AGES, WEIGHT AND HEIGHTS ON THE ATTRACTIONS Age - Tropical Paradise up to 12 years old . Height - Most of the slides allow users over 1 metre tall. On the slides with floats, users are allowed to be between 0.90m and 1.20m tall, sa long as they are accompanied by an adult on a double ring. For a single ring, you must be over 1.20m tall. In the Jacuzzi, the minimum height allowed is 1.40m and in the Big Fall it is 1.25m. Children Foam Slides it is allowed up to 1,2m. ATTENTION: the height is measured with the child barefoot. Weight - The weight limit is 100kg on an individual float, 200kg on a double float and on the BigWave with 2 or 4 people the maximum weight is 320kg. The weight limit on body slides and slides with mats is 136kg. -
Glass or other sharp objects are not allowed at the park. You can take food and drink inside the park, but nothing containing glass. Lunch boxes and bags can be searched at the entrance. -
Balls are not allowed to enter. -
It is not allowed to bring animals (except guide dogs). -
The use of glasses is prohibited in all water attractions, with the exception of the use of swimming goggles that do not contain metal or glass parts. -
The use of necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings and watches is not allowed in the pools and slides. Besides not being responsible for their loss or theft, they are also objects that can damage the equipment and hurt whoever uses them. -
Mobile phones and film/photo cameras are prohibited on the slides. The only exception is for action cameras, such as GoPro, permited only on the float slides, properly secured by elastic bands for the chest or head. Remote controlled toys or drones are also not allowed inside the park, without prior authorization from the Management. -
There are restrictions on the use of clothing on the slides. If, for cultural or personal reasons, you have to wear clothing other than bathing suits, shorts or bikinis, it is mandatory that they are made of tight-fitting Lycra with no metallic parts. As is the case with t-shirts or the burqa. It is allowed to use shoes/socks suitable for water, not containing metallic parts. We are not responsible for damage to any clothing used in our attractions.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS

We are not responsible for damage or theft in vehicles and inside the park. We recommend not to leave valuables in the car or on the lawn / lounger, we have safes at your disposal to store them.

Prohibition of entry for children under 12 who are not accompanied by persons of legal age who are responsible for their vigilance and behavior.

Prohibition of access to people who, due to their condition, may disturb public order or tranquility. Interdiction of access to people carrying weapons or objects that can be used as such. Management reserves the right to expel anyone who behaves in a dangerous or incorrect manner.

It is prohibited to use the slides from any intermediate point other than the launch pad. Leave the area in front of the slide immediately upon arrival. It is forbidden to stop at any point on the slide and the formation of chairs or unions with other users. It is not allowed to run, push or dive.

You can bring food and drink into the park, but you are not allowed to consume on the attractions area - water slides and swimming pools. It is not allowed to leave any kind of garbage outside the appropriate places.
